Electronic filing (eFiling) definition

Electronic filing (eFiling) means the electronic transmission to the court of a document using the court's electronic filing system, together with the transmission from the court of a notice of electronic filing containing an electronic hyperlink to the filed document. Sending a document to the court via email or facsimile does not constitute "electronic filing."
