Electronic Failure definition
Electronic Failure has the meaning set forth in Section 10.02(d).
Electronic Failure means loss of electrical power or internet service.
Examples of Electronic Failure in a sentence
For purposes hereof an Electronic Failure shall be deemed to have existed for a day if it exists for more than 4 hours on such day during the normal business hours of the Borrower.
