Electronic equivalent definition

Electronic equivalent means an electronic version of an Ohio department of job family services (ODJFS) or ODM form or application which has not been modified in any way other than format prior to completion and submission of that form to the administrative agency. The administrative agency is not required to accept forms that are altered.
