Electronic distribution platform definition
Electronic distribution platform means a website, internet portal, gateway, store, marketplace, or other similar platform, that is operated electronically through which a supplier makes a supply of remote services through another person (the operator of the platform) to a third person, but does not include a marketplace or distribution platform that solely processes payments;
