Electronic Deliverables definition

Electronic Deliverables means the Licensed Materials and any other Virage Logic Products to be delivered to the Licensee which are specified in the Delivery Section of the pertinent Program Schedule as having Electronic Delivery.

Examples of Electronic Deliverables in a sentence

  • In the event a sales tax is assessed, Licensee shall pay, indemnify, and hold Virage Logic harmless from such tax, including but not limited to any sales, use, excise, import, export, value added, or other tax resulting from the license or use of the Electronic Deliverables not based on Virage Logic’s net income.

  • Such electronic notification of the availability of the Electronic Deliverables shall constitute the shipment of goods to Licensee and Licensee’s receipt of such goods so long as electronic pickup is actually available to Licensee.

  • Therefore, in the event of any discrepancy between the Electronic Deliverables and the printed copies (the “hard copies”) of the documents furnished to Consultant, the hard copies shall govern and Consultant’s use of the Electronic Deliverables is at Consultant’s own risk.

  • Except for purposes of the warranty provisions in the Master License, such warranty provisions to become effective commencing on the date of actual download by Licensee, such electronic notification of the availability of the Electronic Deliverables shall constitute the shipment of goods to Licensee and Licensee’s receipt of such goods so long as electronic pickup is actually available to Licensee.

  • Consultant is not authorized to use, reuse, or modify the Documents or Electronic Deliverables for any other use or purpose.

  • TCAA is not authorized to use, reuse, or modify the documents or Electronic Deliverables for any other use or purpose.
