Electronic control unit (ECU) definition

Electronic control unit (ECU) means an engine’s electronic device that uses data from engine sensors to control engine parameters as primary function. ECU may contain more functionality than stated above of interest;
Electronic control unit (ECU) means the unit that is used to monitor and control all aspects of the ticket vending machine operation. The ECU is a single board computer with an Intel microprocessor and solid-state hard drive. Emergency Support shall mean technical support provided by the Contractor outside of normal support hours for any problem or issue that is impacting the City’s ability to conduct business and cannot wait until the next business day to resolve. Exfiltration shall mean any unauthorized release of data from within an Information system. This includes copying the data through covert network channels or the copying of data to unauthorized media. Garage Data System (GDS) is the system that will communicate with the fareboxes to extract transaction and event data and download operating parameters and related information. The GDS also communicates with the vault to extract cashbox identification. Go-Live shall mean the event at which the Software is released by the Contractor and accepted for production by the City. The Go Live date may be amended or modified by mutual specific written Contract between the Contractor and the City as specified in Change Management, Paragraph 29. Know How shall mean all technical Information, data and knowledge including, but not limited to, all documents, computer storage devices, drawings, flow charts, plans, proposals, records, notes, memoranda, manuals and other tangible items containing, relating or causing the enablement of any Intellectual Property developed under this Contract.
