Electronic Access Services definition
Electronic Access Services means such services made available by BNY Mellon or a BNY Mellon Affiliate to Customer to electronically access information relating to the Accounts and/or transmit Instructions.
Electronic Access Services means such services made available by BNY Mellon or a BNY Mellon Affiliate to USCF and Customer to electronically access information relating to each Customer’s Account and/or transmit Instructions.

BNY will make available to Customer, through the Electronic Access Services, a monthly statement (or report for such other time period as the Parties may agree upon from time to time) reflecting all transfers to or from the Accounts during such month and all holdings in the Accounts as of the last business day of such month (or as of such other date(s) as the Parties may agree upon from time to time).
If Customer elects to use the Electronic Access Services in connection with this Agreement, the use thereof will be subject to any terms and conditions contained in a separate written agreement between the Parties or their Affiliates.
