ELECTROART definition
ELECTROART means any deliverables provided by Artisan Components to Licensee pursuant to the Artisan Components ElectroArt Technology Development Program ("ElectroArt Program"), including but not limited to GDSII data and report(s) provided in connection with the ElectroArt Program. ElectroArt deliverables, if any, will be listed in the Product Schedule in Exhibit C.
