Electricity Transmission System Operator definition
Electricity Transmission System Operator means the holder of an Electricity Transmission Licence in relation to which licence the Authority or the Secretary of State, where appropriate, has issued a Section C (system operator standard conditions) Direction in accordance with such licence and where that direction remains in effect;
Electricity Transmission System Operator means a company that performs electricity transmission, manages the electricity transmission system in the Republic of Macedonia and is responsible for the secure and stable operation of the system, its maintenance, development and connection to the electrical energy systems of the neighbouring countries;
Electricity Transmission System Operator means a transmission system operator designated pursuant to Part 6.
