Electricity Subsidy Scheme definition
Electricity Subsidy Scheme means the scheme to be drawn up by TLSB in accordance with this Deed for the purposes of establishing and administering the Electricity Subsidy;
Electricity Subsidy Scheme means the scheme to be drawn up by TLSB in accordance with this Deed for the purposes of establishing and administering the Electricity Subsidy and which shall provide for the review of the Electricity Subsidy on every fifth anniversary of Operation to determine the subsidy payable on the basis set out in paragraph 2.5;
Electricity Subsidy Scheme means the Scheme to be drawn up by Covanta in accordance with Schedule 1 of this Deed for the purposes of setting up and administering the Electricity Subsidy;
