The Network Code and the Traction Electricity Rules are incorporated in and form part of this contract.
If either the Network Code or the Traction Electricity Rules or both are modified at any time, Schedule 10 shall have effect.

In case of power supply to CONTRACTOR's colony, the power will be made available at a single point and the CONTRACTOR shall make his own arrangement at his own cost for distribution to the occupants of the colony as per Electricity Rules and Acts.
