Electricity Rate definition

Electricity Rate has the meaning set forth in Schedule A entitled “Electricity Rate.”
Electricity Rate means the service classification (including all applicable taxes, surcharges, demand charges and rates, energy charges and rates, fuel adjustment charges, time of day charges and other charges, adjustments and sums payable in respect thereof) which would be applicable if Tenant were purchasing electric current from the utility company supplying electric current to the Building, in effect from time to time during the Term, which shall be utilized as the rate structure for the determination ofBasic Cost” (as hereinafter defined).
Electricity Rate means the price we charge for the electricity we sell you as set out in the Important Details, adjusted as provided for under this Agreement.

  • Subject to, and in accordance with, the terms of this Contract and the applicable Standard Terms and Conditions governing supply of electricity to JPS’ customers, JPS shall make available and sell to the QE, and the QE may purchase from JPS, energy at and in accordance with the then JPS prevailing Electricity Rate Schedules or any amended or replacement rate schedules, tariff regulation, order or such other enactment as approved by OUR from time to time.

  • When the term for a Stable Electricity rate specified in your Energy Plan expires, you will be charged our lowest applicable Stable Electricity Rate.

  • In subsequent monthly bills, the 30 Day Average Rate will be cancelled and re-billed (trued-up and adjusted) to reflect the Flow-Through Electricity Rate.

The Hosting Fee is an all-inclusive hosting price which covers all the hosting costs incurred by the Client, including, without limitation, Internet usage fees and hosting management.

  • We will notify you of any changes to your Electricity Rate whereyou havenot agreed a fixed Electricity Rate with us, Network Charges, Environmental Charges and any other price changes as soon as practicable but no later than your next ▇▇▇▇ after any such change takes effect.

  • Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent within thirty (30) days after demand from time to time but no more frequently than monthly, for such usage and demand, a sum equal to 105% of the amount determined by applying the Electricity Rate to the readings of such submeters in the applicable billing period.

  • If you entered into this Agreement over the telephone, and you terminate the Agreement within 60 days after you have received your first billing statement from us, you will pay the Fixed Electricity Rate for the electricity you consumed during that period, but you will not be subject to the Early Termination Fee.


More Definitions of Electricity Rate

Electricity Rate means Rate II of Service Classification No. 9, Rider M for general lighting and power service, as published by Consolidated Edison Company of New York, as such rate is filed with, and amended from time to time by, the New York State Public Service Commission (a/k/a Mandatory Hourly Pricing), effective as of the date any such rate charge is authorized (whether retroactively or prospectively, as applicable), inclusive of all applicable taxes (regardless of whether included in such utility company's charges or paid separately by Landlord), surcharges, demand charges and rates, energy charges and rates, reactive power charges and rates, commodity charges and rates, transportation charges and rates, fuel adjustment charges, time-of-day charges, time-of-use charges, rate adjustment charges and all other factors used by such utility company in computing the charges for supplying, furnishing, providing and transporting electricity.
Electricity Rate means the price per kilowatt-hour (“kWh”) that the Buyer will pay to the Seller for the electricity generated by the System, as specified in Exhibit B.

Related to Electricity Rate

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.

  • Heat Rate means the quantity of BTU’s consumed to produce a kilowatt-hour of energy, calculated as follows:

  • Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;

  • Electricity means the electrical energy in kilowatt-hours.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;
