ELECTRICITY NOTE definition
ELECTRICITY NOTE. The Site is supplied with 100 amps of electrical service and tenant agrees not to exceed this maximum allowable capacity of electricity.
Electricity supplier means any person, including aggregators, market aggregators, brokers, and marketers, offering to sell electricity to retail customers in the state of Montana.
Electricity means the electrical energy in kilowatt-hours.
Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.
Submeter means a metering device to measure water applied to the landscape that is installed after the primary utility water meter.
Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;
