Electricity Control Board definition

Electricity Control Board means a statutory regulatory authority established in accordance with the Electricity Act 2 of 2000, and responsible for the regulation of electricity in Namibia.
Electricity Control Board or “ECB” means the Electricity Control Board of Namibia constituted and empowered under the Electricity Act;
Electricity Control Board. - shall mean the electricity industry regulatory body established in terms of section 2 of the Electricity Act No 4 of 2007.
