Electricity Adjustment definition

Electricity Adjustment means the adjustment to any Concession Payment for any Reporting Period in relation to the assumed traction electricity price per kWh for the provision of the Passenger Services on the London Overground Network (except the ELL Core Route), to be calculated in accordance with paragraph 3.5 of Schedule 11.1 (Concession Payments) and made in accordance with paragraph 3.1 of Schedule 11.1;
