Electrical Work Request definition

Electrical Work Request means an application form submitted by a registered electrical contractor for works undertaken that involve a private electrical installation connection to a licensed Distributor’s network in Victoria. Feed-in Electricity means the electricity generated by the Unit and exported into the distribution system as recorded by the electricity meter at the Connection Point.   • Electrical work means the installation, alteration, reconstruction, or repair of electrical wiring.

  • Electrical contractor means an electrical contractor as defined in the Regulations;

  • tidal work means so much of any work authorised by this Order as is on, under or over tidal waters or tidal lands below the level of high water;

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Design-Builder means the Person/Firm(s)/Joint Venture selected pursuant to the RFP that enters into the Contract with the Department to design and construct the Project.
