  • The Electrical Consultant and Tenant’s Consultant shall submit the dispute to the Third Consultant and the determination by the Third Consultant shall be conclusive and binding upon Landlord and Tenant.

  • The determinations made by the Electrical Consultant shall be conclusive and binding on both Landlord and Tenant, except as expressly provided in Section 16.10 hereof.
