Electric Power Utility System definition
Electric Power Utility System means all interrelated lines, equipment, poles, installations, systems, fixtures and other facilities or appurtenances including substation facilities used, desired, or necessary for the transmission and distribution of Electric Utility Service to Consumers in the City by the Cooperative, including the Electric Facilities.
