Electric operations definition

Electric operations means all activities associated with the establishment, development, administration, and operation of any electric system and the supplying of electric energy and associated services to the public, including without limitation the generation, purchase, sale, and resale of electric energy and the purchase, use, and consumption thereof by ultimate consumers.

All financial statements included in material incorporated by reference in the Prospectus shall be deemed included in the Prospectus for purposes of this subsection. References to the Prospectus in this paragraph (f) include any supplement thereto at the date of the letter.
