Elective Loan definition

Elective Loan has the mean set forth in Section 8.02(a).

  • Any such Limited Partner to which an Elective Loan has been made, or is proposed to be made, may, upon written notice to the General Partner, elect to receive the Elective Loan as a distribution from the Partnership pursuant to Section 8.01, in which case the Elective Loan shall not be made.
