Election Materials definition

Election Materials means those materials provided to poll workers to properly conduct the election and shall include, but not be limited to: legally required affidavits and forms, provisional ballots, voter authority slips, precinct registers, and any electronic devices necessary to activate ballot styles in the voting system.
Election Materials means the nomination form, Candidate biography, Candidate statement, Candidate photograph, education verification check, Candidate criminal background check, and such other materials as may be prescribed by the Council from time to time, all in the form prescribed by the Council.
Election Materials means the materials identified in By-Law #1, Section 14.4(f).

  • This Contract specifies the contractual terms and conditions by which the County will procure Written Translation of Election Materials from Contractor as further detailed in the Scope of Work, identified and incorporated herein by this reference as “Attachment A”.

  • Parent will have the discretion, which it may delegate in whole or in part to the Exchange Agent, to determine whether Election Materials have been properly completed, signed and submitted and to disregard immaterial defects in Election Materials.

Election Materials means and includes returned ballots, signed voter envelopes, the Voter List of names, physical addresses and/or unit and lot number, and voters to whom ballots were to be sent, Inspector(s) of Election Worksheets, and the list of candidates.
