Election Change definition

Election Change means the revocation of an Employee’s election and making of a new election for the remaining portion of the Plan Year.
Election Change means a Participant's revocation of an election during a Participation Year and new election for the remaining portion of the Participation Year.

Examples of Election Change in a sentence

  • At any time after the occurrence of an Irrevocable Election, Change in Control or Potential Change in Control, the Trustee may be removed by action of the Committee.
