  • Therefore, on the Extension Effective Date, Appendix B (ELA Fee and Schedule) of the Enterprise License Agreement Terms and Conditions that pursuant to the Original ELA applied during the Initial ELA Term shall be deemed deleted in its entirety and replaced with the Appendix B, attached to this ELA Extension Amendment.

  • Save for the above noted and attached specific ELA amendments, all other ongoing terms of the ELA that applied during the Initial ELA Term shall apply to the ELA during the ELA Extension Term.

  • Unused learning and services credits expire six months after the ELA Term.

  • The foregoing shall not apply to an Enterprise License during the ELA Term, during which time Customer may freely add CPUs, servers and/or seats.

  • Beginning on the effective date of the applicable Order Form and ending on the termination date identified on such Order Form as the "ELA Term", Customer shall have the right and license to install and use an unlimited number of licenses of such Programs on any number of CPUs or Servers.
