ELA Maintenance definition

ELA Maintenance means Tier 2 Support, updates, and patches provided by Esri or its Authorized Distributor to Licensee for the Enterprise Products.
ELA Maintenance means Tier 2 Support, updates, and patches provided by Esri or its Authorized Distributor to Licensee for the Enterprise Products. "ELA Quotation" means the Small Enterprise License Agreement offer letter and quotation provided separately by Esri or its Authorized Distributor to Licensee.

  • Each Rolled-In Software and Enterprise License Software item will receive ELA Maintenance, provided that standard maintenance is available.
