EISP Fund definition
EISP Fund means the trust fund established under the Executive Investment Share Purchase Plan Trust Agreement, which for purposes of the Plan constitutes an “Employee Benefit Plan” as defined under the Tax Act.
EISP Fund means the trust funds established under the EISP Trust Agreement, which for purposes of the Plan constitutes an “Employee Benefit Plan” as defined under the Tax Act, and the U.S. EISP Trust Agreement.
