EID Number definition

EID Number means the Voter Identification Numeric Code that is unique and randomly generated and sent to every Voter on the Voters’ list by way of a Notification Registration Card. This Code will be used to log onto the site to utilize Internet Voting or call into the site to utilize Telephone Voting.
