EICA is defined in the preamble of this letter agreement.

  • For as long as this Agreement is in effect with respect to a Community, the provisions of Section 3.01 and 3.02 shall supersede Sections 5.01 and 5.02 of the Management Agreement then in effect with the applicable Community.

  • In addition, the Parent Subordinated Indebtedness Side Letters each are and shall remain in full force and effect, and are the legal, valid and binding obligations of EINA and EICA and to their knowledge, of the other parties thereto.
