• ARFS and ASS will implement environmental monitoring and management, in line with the EIAR and NIS submitted and the planning conditions imposed in respect of the ASS and the AFRS, that will facilitate both schemes being constructed in parallel.

• To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Parts B.2, B.3, C.2, C.3 and D.1 of the Project through MoARD; and Parts A, B.1, C.1 and D.2 of the Project through EIAR in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

• The Recipient shall not later than three months of the Effective Date, appoint to the EIAR, a procurement specialist with qualifications, experience and terms of reference satisfactory to the Association.
