EIAR definition

EIAR means an environmental impact assessment report;
EIAR means an environmental impact assessment report of the effects on the environment, if any, which can reasonably be expected to occur because of the proposed abstraction and prepared in accordance with section 23(2) and regulations made under section 57; 25

  • ARFS and ASS will implement environmental monitoring and management, in line with the EIAR and NIS submitted and the planning conditions imposed in respect of the ASS and the AFRS, that will facilitate both schemes being constructed in parallel.
