EH&S Event definition
EH&S Event means any event related to or arising out of an environmental, safety or health matter, including but not limited to, transportation accidents, worker or third party injuries (including, without limitation, sickness, disease or death), well blowouts, damage to property or the environment (including, without limitation, natural resources), Releases or threatened Releases of Hazardous Materials, and actual or alleged violations of Environmental Laws.
