Contractor shall promptly correct any defects or incomplete items upon notification by EHN.
EHN may make changes to the Scope of Work from time to time during the term of this Contract.
Any such materials shall remain the property of EHN, or the architect, as applicable.
Contractor shall commence the work to be performed upon a Notice to Proceed issued by EHN in writing and shall complete the Services no later than days following the date of the Notice to Proceed.

The scans that you obtain with your TellSpec scanner, and all information that you enter into a TellSpec app or TellSpec website ("User Metadata") is uploaded to TellSpec.
Contractor may substitute materials only with the written approval of EHN, provided that the substituted materials are no lesser quality than those previously agreed upon by the parties.
If applicable, Contractor shall construct any structures in conformance with plans, specification and any other requirements provided by EHN or EHN’s authorized agent to Contractor.
