EGK Note definition

EGK Note means that certain Promissory Note dated June 27, 2012 made by the Company to E. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ in the original principal amount of $27,716.27, as the same may amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.
