eGift Card means a WISH Gift Card issued in ‘electronic’ form as described in these terms and conditions.

eGift Card means Prezzee Smart eGift Card to the value of $50 which must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the card issuer.

eGift Card means a WISH Gift Card issued in ‘electronic’ form as described in these terms and conditions. “Expiry Date” means the date, being six (6) months from the date of purchase of the WISH Gift Card or six (6) months from the Dispatch Date of the eGift Card, after which any remaining funds on a WISH Gift Card or eGift Card will not be available for redemption.

  • Each applicable Merchant is fully responsible for all aspects of their eGift Card program and for any and all liabilities, damages, and costs suffered by you, any eGift Card recipient, or anyone else in connection with your purchase and use of their eGift Cards, and you or the affected person must look solely to the applicable Merchant for any remedies.

  • When you purchase an eGift Card with funds from your primary deposit account via our Mobile App, we will debit your primary deposit account for the amount of the purchase and subsequently credit your primary deposit account for the applicable amount of Cash Back, which is the amount of the applicable percentage of the purchase price for the eGift Card, as disclosed in our Mobile App at the time of your purchase.

  • The amount of Cash Back provided varies by eGift Card and may change from time to time.

  • Each eGift Card is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the applicable Merchant.
