EGH Capital Commitment definition

EGH Capital Commitment means, with respect to EGH as of any date, (i) prior to April 1, 2005, $0 and (ii) on and after April 1, 2005, an amount equal to 5/7 of the Evercore Aggregate Commitment of such date.
