EGDP definition

EGDP means the Ethnic Group Development Plan for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by MOH and cleared by ADB;
EGDP means the Ethnic Group Development Plan, satisfactory to the Association, adopted by the Recipient on June 15, 2004, and referred to in paragraph 14 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, for the carrying out of the Project in areas where Ethnic Groups are present, as said plan may be revised from time to time with the prior approval of the Association.
EGDP means the Ethnic Groups Development Plan prepared for the Project;

Examples of EGDP in a sentence

  • The following is specified as an additional matter, within the meaning of Section 12.02 (b) of the General Conditions, to be included in the opinion or opinions to be furnished to the Association, namely that the EMP and the EGDP have been duly authorized by the Recipient and are fully consistent with the applicable laws of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.

  • EGDP = The Manager's good faith estimate of the GDPIPD for the calendar quarter immediately preceding such Annual Adjustment Date.

  • The Parties from time to time shall agree upon a published index for each EGDP to establish the market price for Excess Gas and Excess Gas Costs at that GDP.

  • The Borrower shall cause MOH and the PPMUs to ensure that the preparation, design, construction, implementation and operation of the Project and all Project facilities comply with (a) all applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower relating to indigenous peoples; (b) the Indigenous Peoples Safeguards; and (c) all measures and requirements set forth in the EGDP, and any corrective or preventative actions set forth in a Safeguards Monitoring Report.

  • The Borrower shall, and shall cause MAF to, ensure that the preparation, design, construction, implementation and operation of the Project and all Project facilities comply with (a) all applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower relating to indigenous peoples; (b) the Indigenous Peoples Safeguards; and (c) all measures and requirements set forth in the EGDP, and any corrective or preventative actions set forth in a Safeguards Monitoring Report.

  • The Borrower shall cause MOH and the PPMUs to make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP and the EGDP.
