eGain means the eGain entity which is a party to this ADDENDUM, as specified in the section “HOW THIS ADDENDUM APPLIES” above, being eGain Corporation, a company incorporated in the State of Delaware in the United States, eGain Communications Ltd., a company registered in England, Exony Limited, a company registered in England, eGain France S.A.R.L, a company registered in France, eGain Deutschland GmbH, a company registered in Germany, eGain Communications SrL, a company registered in Italy, eGain Communications B.V, a company registered in the Netherlands, eGain Communications SA PTY LTD, a company registered in South Africa, or eGain Communications Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India, or, as applicable.
eGain means eGain Corporation or its designated subsidiary in Customer’s territory.
