POS Terminal or ‘Point-of-Sale Terminal’ means an electronic device used by a Retailer to authorise and accept a Card Transaction.
Access Terminal means any device used to access any of Your Accounts, including without limitation an ATM, a computer, a portable hand-held device, or a telephone, including any form of mobile telephone or Mobile Device.
Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;
Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.
Third Party Terminating Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier to which traffic is terminated when CLEC originates traffic that is sent through AT&T-TSP’s network, i.e., CLEC is using AT&T-TSP’s Transit Traffic Service.
Book-Entry Termination The occurrence of any of the following events: (i) the Clearing Agency is no longer willing or able to properly discharge its responsibilities with respect to the Book Entry Certificates, and the Depositor is unable to locate a qualified successor; or (ii) the Depositor at its option advises the Trustee and the Certificate Registrar in writing that it elects to terminate the book-entry system through the Clearing Agency.
Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.
Marine terminal means a public or private commercial wharf
Client Terminal means the MetaTrader program version 4 and/or 5, which is used by the Client in order to obtain information of financial markets (which content is defined by the Company) in real-time, to make technical analysis of the markets, make Transactions, place/modify/delete Orders, as well as to receive notices from the Company. The program can be downloaded on the Website free of charge.
Company Termination Event means any of the following:
Disability Termination means the termination of a Participant’s employment under the disability provisions of the Participant’s Employment Agreement or, if the Participant is not a party to an Employment Agreement, then as a result of a “Disability” as defined in the Plan.
Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.
Public employees retirement system means the retirement plan and program
Company Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).
Excluded Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 2 below.
Anticipatory Termination means a termination of employment where PNC terminates your employment with PNC (other than for Misconduct or Disability) prior to the date on which a Change of Control occurs, and you reasonably demonstrated that such termination of employment (i) was at the request of a third party that has taken steps reasonably calculated to effect a Change of Control or (ii) otherwise arose in connection with or in anticipation of a Change of Control.
Facility Termination Date means the date as of which all of the following shall have occurred: (a) the Commitments have terminated, (b) all Obligations have been paid in full (other than contingent indemnification obligations), and (c) all Letters of Credit have terminated or expired (other than Letters of Credit as to which other arrangements with respect thereto satisfactory to the Lender shall have been made).
Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.
Post-Termination Period means the twelve (12) month period beginning on the Termination Date.
Post-Termination Exercise Period means the period following termination of a Participant’s Continuous Service within which an Option or SAR is exercisable, as specified in Section 4(h).
Mandatory Termination Date means the "Termination Date" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.
Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.
Termination of Services means Participant’s Termination of Consultancy, Termination of Directorship or Termination of Employment, as applicable.
Container Terminal means any container terminal contemplated in section 6(1)(i);
Outside Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(f).
Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;
