EFTA country definition

EFTA country means a country that is a member of the European Free Trade Association;

  • If the Authorized Territory includes European Union (“EU”) or European Free Trade Association (“EFTA”) countries, then Partner may solicit or accept orders from Eligible Customers within any EU or EFTA country.
