EFsp definition

EFsp means CO2e emission factor as defined for each specified facility or unit calculated consistent with section (5)(b) (MT CO2e/MWh);

EFsp or “Electronic Filing Service Provider” means any entity that has production access to the eFiling Direct Connector. The term includes (but is not limited to) a standalone company, government entity or large law firm.

  • MOC means the Ministry of Coal, Government of India.

  • FSP means a Financial Services Provider.

  • MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;

  • Distributor / Distribution Company means Company(ies), Firm(s), Sole Proprietorship concern(s), individual(s), Banks or any other Financial Institution appointed by the Management Company under intimation to the Trustee for performing any or all of the Distribution Functions and who are registered with MUFAP as Registered Service Providers. The Management Company may itself also performs the Distribution Function.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
