EFPIA Code definition

EFPIA Code means the EFPIA Code of Practice as amended on 27 June 2019, including the Appendices, which are expressly referred to as binding and form part of the EFPIA Code.
EFPIA Code means the code on the promotion of prescription-only medicines to, and interactions with healthcare professionals adopted by the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations, as amended from time to time and related national codes or equivalent industry codes as applicable in any of the countries of the Menarini Territory.

  • the 1981 Act which means the Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981.

  • Network Code means the document now known as the Network Code and formerly known as the Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995;

  • the 1965 Act means the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965(2);
