EFORd definition

EFORd shall have the meaning specified in the PJM Reliability Assurance Agreement.
EFORd means a measure calculated by PJM of the probability that an electric power generating unit will not be available due to a forced outage or forced derating when there is a demand on the unit to generate.
EFORd means the "Equivalent Forced Outage Rate Demand" as determined in accordance with PJM procedures.

  • Hookah means a water pipe and any associated products and devices which are used to produce fumes, smoke, and/or vapor from the burning of material including, but not limited to, tobacco, shisha, or other plant matter.
