eFiler definition
eFiler means a holder who makes, or who attempts, under eFiling Rule 5, to make an electronic filing or who authorizes another person to make an electronic filing using the holder’s electronic identity.
eFiler means an individual who is authorized by Section 6(1) of these rules to file documents electronically through the electronic filing system.
