Effluent Management Plan definition

Effluent Management Plan or “EMP” means the plan required by the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection as a condition of issuing of a Ground Water Discharge Permit to non- potable water users.

  • TRIGID agrees to use and manage the treated effluent in a manner consistent with best management practices and any approved Effluent Management Plan and Discharge Permit in effect.
