Efficiency Rate definition

Efficiency Rate means the rate of converting Energy In into Energy Out, as calculated by dividing Energy Out in the applicable month of the Delivery Term by Energy In in the same month of the Delivery Term, expressed as a percentage.
Efficiency Rate means the measured round-trip efficiency rate of the Facility, expressed as a percentage, calculated pursuant to a Storage Capacity Test by dividing Energy Out by Energy In and which for a given calendar month shall be prorated as necessary if more than one Efficiency Rate applies during such calendar month.
Efficiency Rate means the rate of conversion of the Charging Energy into Facility Energy calculated during a Capacity Test and based upon Energy In divided by Energy Out as set forth in Exhibit O.

  • For all purposes of this Agreement, including Sections 1.1.1, 1.1.3, 1.2.2 and Appendices 7.6 and 9.2, the Contract Capacity and Efficiency Rate determined pursuant to a Contract Capacity, Efficiency Rate & Ancillary Services Test shall become the new Contract Capacity and Efficiency Rate at the beginning of the day following the completion of the test, subject to the limitations in Section 1.1.1.

  • Seller shall have the right to run a retest of the Contract Capacity, Efficiency Rate & Ancillary Services Test at any time upon 24 hours prior written Notice to Buyer (or any shorter period reasonably acceptable to Buyer consistent with Accepted Electrical Practices).


More Definitions of Efficiency Rate

Efficiency Rate means the tested rate calculated pursuant to Sections II.I(2) and III(A) of Exhibit O by dividing Discharging Energy by Charging Energy and which for a given calendar month shall be prorated as necessary if more than one Efficiency Rate test has been conducted in such calendar month and different tested Efficiency Rates apply during such calendar month.

  • Delinquency Rate With respect to any calendar month, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all Mortgage Loans 60 days Delinquent or more (including all foreclosures, bankruptcies and REO Properties) as of the close of business on the last day of such month, and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of such month.

  • Occupancy Rate means, for any Property, the percentage of the net rentable area (determined on a square feet basis) of such Property leased by bona fide tenants of such Property (excluding tenants that have vacated the Property on a permanent basis and have not sublet same to a bona fide subtenant) pursuant to bona fide tenant leases (or subleases), in each case, which tenants (or subtenants) are not more than sixty days past due in the payment of all rent payments due under such leases (or subleases).
