Effectuating Transaction(s) definition
Effectuating Transaction(s) means, individually and collectively, the transactions to be consummated on the Effective Date to implement the provisions of Articles IV.C.1.a and IV.C.1.b of this Plan, as described in Exhibit P annexed hereto.
