Effectiveness Evaluation definition

Effectiveness Evaluation means the annual process by which Daimler evaluates the effectiveness of the various aspects of its compliance management systems.

  • Once a determination has been made as to which positions should be eliminated then the primary basis that will be used in determining which teachers to retain in the affected position(s) will be the composite evaluation rating of the teachers holding such positions as measured (to the nearest hundredth of a decimal point) by the District’s Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluation System (TLE) for each year in which the TLE has been in effect.

  • Once a determination has been made as to which positions should be eliminated then the primary basis that will be used in determining which teachers to retain in the affected position(s) will be the composite rating of the teachers holding such positions as measured [to the nearest hundredth of a decimal point] by the School District’s Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluation System [TLE] for each year in which the TLE has been in effect, not to exceed three (3) years.

  • Once a determination has been made as to which positions should be eliminated then the primary basis that will be used in determining which teachers to retain in the affected position(s) will be the composite rating of the teachers holding such positions as measured [to the nearest hundredth of a decimal point] by the District's Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluation System [TLE] for each year in which the TLE has been in effect, not to exceed three (3) years.

  • The school district will dismiss or non-reemploy the teacher(s) who has the lowest composite rating under the school district’s Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluation System (TLE) in the position being eliminated.

  • The technology center will dismiss or nonreemploy the instructor(s) who has the lowest composite rating under the technology center’s Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluation System (IEI) in the position being eliminated.

  • When teachers are equal under the above criteria, the District will retain the teacher with the highest composite rating under the District’s Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluation System (TLE).

  • Once a determination has been made as to which positions should be eliminated then the primary basis will be used in determining which teachers to retain in the affected position(s) will be the composite evaluation rating of the teachers holding such positions as measured by the District’s Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluation System (TLE) for each year in which the TLE has been in effect.

  • Evaluations of teachers shall be based upon the Oklahoma Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluation System (TLE) Tulsa Model.

  • The term “probationary teacher” as used in this Agreement shall mean a teacher who has completed fewer than three (3) consecutive complete school years as a teacher in one school district under a written teaching contract, or for teachers employed for the first time by a school district under a written teaching contract after full implementation of the Oklahoma Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluation System (TLE).

  • The School District will nonreemploy the teacher(s) who has the lowest composite rating under the School District’s Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluation System (TLE) in the position being eliminated.
