Effective Subordination definition
Effective Subordination means, at any time, the greater of (i) the sum of (a) the Loss Threshold Amount plus (b) the current balance of the Trading Gain Retention Account plus (c) the Aggregate Retained Payment Amount minus (d) the Aggregate Loss Amount, and (ii) zero.
