The term “Normal Retirement” shall mean any termination of the Participant’s employment after (A) the date the Participant attains age 62 and completes 10 or more years of Effective Service (as such term is defined in the ITT Retirement Savings Plan for Salaried Employees) or, if earlier, (B) the date the Participant attains age 65.
