effective power input. (expressed in W) means the electric power input of a RVU in its reference configuration at reference flow rate and corresponding external total pressure difference and includes the electrical demand for fans, controls (including remote controls) and the heat pump (if integrated);
effective power input means the electric power input in W at reference flow rate and half the maximum flow reference pressure at standard RVU test conditions and includes the electrical demand for fans, controls (including remote controls) and (if integrated) any heat pump, whereby if there is no exact match between the reference flow rate and an actual unit flow rate then the electric power input is measured at the nearest higher actual unit flow rate at half the maximum flow reference pressure;
