Unless otherwise required by the Effective Law or this Agreement, or by United States federal securities law applicable to Purchaser’s parent company, during the term of this Agreement, each Party and its Affiliates, shall refrain from disclosing, divulging, discussing or otherwise making available, any Confidential Information made available in the course of the Transaction contemplated hereby.
