Effective Date Cash Amount definition

Effective Date Cash Amount means two hundred twenty-five million U.S. dollars ($225,000,000) in immediately available funds.
Effective Date Cash Amount means an amount of Cash, as determined by the Debtors and which is acceptable to the DIP Agent and the Prepetition Agent, sufficient to fund the Administrative and Priority Claims Reserve, the Professional Fee Reserve, and the Wind-Down Amount.
